WHAT IS COACHING PSYCHOLOGY?
Coaching psychology applies psychological knowledge and research to help people develop, enhance wellbeing and work towards meaningful goals.
Our conversations give you space to reflect, understand your patterns and turn your intentions into practical action. You remain the expert on your own life: I help you explore your options, find clarity and build confidence in your next steps.
My approach draws on evidence-based coaching methods, including Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC), GROW, SPACE, OASAR and Motivational Interviewing (MI). We choose what is useful for you rather than fitting you into a fixed formula.
I offer coaching, not therapy, diagnosis or mental health treatment. Neurodivergence and existing mental health difficulties can be taken into account when we adapt the pace, structure and goals of coaching, but treating these conditions is outside my scope of practice.
We’ll discuss whether coaching is a suitable fit. Where your needs fall outside that scope, I’ll encourage you to seek appropriate specialist support. Coaching does not replace that support.
THE WHOLE OF YOU
Sleep, energy, daily demands and wellbeing can all shape what feels possible. I use four pillars of health to explore the wider picture, alongside your circumstances, values and priorities.
Explore routines and habits that make room for rest and recovery.
Build practical, sustainable eating habits that fit your everyday life.
Find ways to move consistently and work towards your activity goals.
Create space to recharge, protect your boundaries and find balance.
Coaching here focuses on goals, habits and accountability. It does not provide medical treatment, prescribed diets or personalised exercise programmes.
WHAT WE CAN WORK ON
I offer life coaching across a wide range of areas, with a particular interest in health and wellbeing.
Sleep routines, eating habits and making exercise a more consistent part of life, including habits supporting weight-management or muscle-building goals.
Work–life balance, procrastination, prioritising your needs and making space for what matters.
Explore your next career move, professional development or executive coaching goals, with space to reflect and turn ideas into action.
Life decisions, personal ambitions or a goal that is hard to put into words. You don’t need to have it all mapped out before we begin.
“If something doesn’t work, we get curious.
We adjust the plan. We don’t judge you.”
MEET YOUR COACH
I’m passionate about helping people achieve their goals in a way that feels sustainable and true to them.
I bring warmth, patience and a non-judgemental attitude to our sessions. My holistic approach means I’m interested in your whole life, not just the one problem that brought you here.
I’m a neurodiversity-aware coach, and I’m neurodivergent myself. My lived experience informs the empathy and curiosity I bring to coaching. I also know that no two people experience neurodivergence in the same way. We’ll explore the structure, communication and pace that work for you.
You don’t need me to be an expert in your particular interest or ambition for us to make progress. Through non-directive support, I can help you organise your thoughts, explore your own answers, build confidence and create a clearer plan.
Change is an iterative process. If an action doesn’t happen, you won’t be shamed or told off. We’ll explore what got in the way, learn from it and adjust the pace or the next step together.

LEARNING, PRACTICE & REFLECTION
My undergraduate degree laid the foundations for understanding behaviour, thinking and individual differences.
I’m currently completing my MSc. As part of my training, I’ve worked with more than 15 different clients towards my coaching practice requirements. I’ve completed 21 hours of supervision, supporting reflection, continuous learning and improvement in my coaching practice.
Alongside my coaching practice, I work full-time as an Employment Advisor at Reed. My experience includes supporting career change and development, as well as executive coaching.
Luna Coaching Psychology is my independent coaching practice.

Cancellations: Paid sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, except where evidence of an extenuating circumstance is provided. Read the cancellation policy.
To begin: I generally recommend a session every two weeks for structure and accountability. After your first three sessions, we can review whether monthly sessions would suit you.
As you go: This is a starting point, not a fixed programme. Your goals, circumstances, capacity and opportunities to practise between sessions will influence the pace. Some people benefit from more sessions or different spacing.
Looking ahead: Once you’ve achieved your goals, top-up sessions remain available for extra support or when a new goal comes along.

This might include an unexpected medical appointment, being too unwell to attend, a family bereavement or another unforeseen emergency. I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I’m always open to hearing your reasons and considering your circumstances with care and understanding. If this applies to you, please get in touch so we can discuss the situation and what evidence would be appropriate. Please share only the information needed; detailed medical records are not required.
This policy helps protect the time reserved for you, as a late cancellation may mean another client has missed the opportunity to book that slot.
For other cancellations, rescheduling or bundle conditions, please ask for the written booking terms before making payment.
Booking enquiries are handled by email. The review form saves your rating, review, chosen display name (or Anonymous), and submission date for public display. A temporary abuse-prevention identifier helps limit repeated submissions. Please do not include health details in a review. To request a correction or removal, contact Luna by email. Its email links open your chosen email service. Please share only what is needed for an initial enquiry. For questions about how your enquiry or coaching information will be handled, or to request the privacy notice before sharing personal information, email luna.psychology@outlook.com.
